Yes, you typically earn cashback with every purchase made using a credit, debit card, alternative payment system like Paypal or Clearpay. However, even if you pay using a gift card, voucher, points or coupons, cashback is still eligible.

How do I receive my cashback rewards and bonus gift cards/bonuses?

Cashback rewards are credited to your membership account and can be withdrawn as real money once authorized. Bonus gift cards or other promotional bonuses are usually delivered to your account or email after the qualifying purchase is completed and confirmed by the retailer;  even if you use Klarna or Clearpay as your external payment process you still get cashback.

Why is there a 10% exchange rate on gift card purchases?

The exchange rate (e.g., 10% fee) reflects the percentage of the card’s value you receive when exchanging a gift card for cash or another currency. This rate is determined by factors like exchange rate fluctuations and market conditions.

Membership cancellation and implications for rewards, bonuses, and gift cards:

If you cancel your membership, you may lose access to any unredeemed rewards, bonuses, or points.  This platform may allow a grace period (e.g., 90 days) to use remaining points or rewards before they expire. Always check the specific terms and conditions.

How many cards can I buy at once?

This retailer may  limit the number or total value of gift cards you can purchase in a single transaction, often to prevent fraud. However, if you are using a third party payment platform and they allow you access to apply multiple times, we may not put a limit on this. We do suggest that you are responsible at all times.

What do I do if my currency is not applicable?

This platform allows you to purchase gift cards in your local currency, but the card itself may be issued in the store’s default currency. If your currency is not supported, you may receive the equivalent value in the default currency at the time of purchase.

How do I get money back on gift card currencies, and is it applicable to all purchases?

Moneyback or cashback is typically only available on purchases made with eligible payment methods. All consumers will get cashback points on our platform which can be redeemed once you've become a member.

Can I get a physical gift card?

Availability of physical gift cards varies depending on countries outside of the UK or USA. Most of our cards offered are virtual (digital) cards. Please, inform us if you require a physical card, if you have certain requirements.

Can I purchase a currency gift card from anywhere in the world?

What happens if I miss an instalment?

What happens if my card is unusable?

We will check the balance on the card. If the card is found to be unusable, a replacement will be dispatched automatically.

Gift card exchange rates can change frequently-often on a daily basis-much like foreign currency or cryptocurrency markets. The rates you receive when exchanging a gift card are influenced by several dynamic factors, including:

- Foreign exchange (FX) rates: If the gift card is being exchanged for a different currency, fluctuations in FX rates can cause the value you receive to change, sometimes even within the same day. However, take into consideration that our platform has a 10% exchange rate fee with a cashback incentive for all gift card purchases.

Because of these variables, it is recommended to check exchange rates regularly and complete trades promptly to lock in favorable rates.

Right to Use Site Content:

Inapplicability of Terms of Use to any Currency Giftcards Payment Card Cardholder Agreement

Currency Giftcards is a leading payment services organisation. Currency Giftcards is not a financial institution and does not issue credit, debit, check or payment cards of any type of nature. Your Currency Giftcards-branded payment card relationship is with an issuing bank or financial institution, and not with Currency Giftcards directly. Any and all questions or issues regarding your Currency Giftcards-branded payment card or cardholder account should be directed to the bank or financial institution that issued your card, and not to Currency Giftcards. While Currency Giftcards has a relationship with your issuing bank or financial institution, that relationship does not pertain to individual cardholders or payment card accounts.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use shall be construed, interpreted and performed exclusively according to the laws of England without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 1.1. Clear & Accessible Terms

Must be clearly written, easy to find, and agreed to (e.g., checkbox at checkout).

Include business details: Company name, registered address, VAT number, contact info, and regulatory disclosures (if applicable).

1.2. Expiry Dates & Validity

UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: Gift cards cannot expire in less than 6 months (unless exempt).

If no expiry, state this explicitly (especially by third parties).

For exchange services, clarify if expiry dates affect redemption value.

1.3. Redemption Rules

Specify where & how cards can be used (online, in-store, etc.).

Can the card be partially redeemed or used multiple times. These will be noted as and when applicable.

Any restrictions (e.g., no cash withdrawals, no combining with other offers).

1.4. Fees & Charges

Disclose all fees (activation, dormancy, exchange fees).

1.7. Limitation of Liability
